HOTEL POLICIES
- All rates are based on (2) persons.
- Additional persons: $30.00 per day.
- In season, (June 1 to September 27) four night minimum.
- Weekends off season, three night minimum.
- Sorry, we do not permit pets.
- Check-in time is after 3:00 pm. Check-out time is by 11:00 am (no exceptions).
PAYMENT/DEPOSIT POLICY
- All deposits must be received within 14 days after initial booking.
- 50% deposit required on all reservations of 4 nights or more.
- Full payment on all r eservations less than 4 nights.
- Cash, check and money orders accepted for deposits.
- Credit cards with fax authorization permitted for deposit on reservations made within 14-days of arrival, and are subject to full cancellation policy (non-refundable).
- All rates are subject to a 4% gratuity.
- Balance is due upon arrival by either cash or credit card. No personal checks upon arrival.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Reservations are commitments for the full period requested. 30-day advance notice is required for full refund. No refund, credit or changes permitted within 30 days prior to arrival. No refunds for early departures
