HOTEL POLICIES

  • All rates are based on (2) persons.
  • Suite rates are based on (2) Adults & (2) Children
  • East Condominiums & Captains Quarters rates based on (4) persons.
  • Additional persons: $30.00 per day.
  • In season, (June 12 to September 20) four night minimum.
  • In season, (June 1 to September 27) four night minimum.
  • Weekends off season, three night minimum.
  • A $25.00 per night Resort Fee will be charged in season from June 12 through September 13 (applies to hotel rooms and suites)
  • Sorry, we do not permit pets.
  • Hotel and Suites Check-in time is after 2:00 pm. East Condominiums Check-in is after 3:00pm. Check-out time is by 11:00 am (no exceptions).
  • We only guarantee types of accommodations, not a specific room.

 

PAYMENT/DEPOSIT POLICY

  • All deposits must be received within 14 days after initial booking.
  • 50% deposit required on all reservations of 4 nights or more, full payment on all reservations less than 4 nights.
  • Full payment on all reservations less than 4 nights.
  • Cash, check and money orders accepted for deposits.
  • Credit cards with fax authorization permitted for deposit on reservations made within 14-days of arrival, and are subject to full cancellation policy (non-refundable).
  • All rates are subject to a 4% gratuity.
  • Balance is due upon arrival by either cash or credit card. No personal checks upon arrival.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

Reservations are commitments for the full period requested. No refunds for early departure. 14 day advanced notice is required for refund. No refund, credits or changes permitted within 14 day prior to arrival. *Condominium and House rentals require 30 days notice for refund and changes. **5% cancellation fee applies to all cancellations.
